Individual Flourishing Test

Flourishing

The Flourishing Scale is a brief 8-item summary measure of your self-perceived success in important areas such as relationships, self-esteem, purpose and optimism. The scale provides a single metric on wellbeing.

Pursuing elite performance can be extremely challenging. It’s often hard to live up to your own expectations, let alone those who make the important decisions. This test will help give you a gauge of your emotional well-being, a critically important factor in sustained performance.
